The VQ647F-V type fluorine-lined regulating ball valve can be equipped with an regulating electric device or a pneumatic and positioner to adjust the flow rate. The valve core is designed with a special V-shaped port (the V-shaped port can achieve adjustment accuracy according to different angles), featuring precise flow characteristics and control capabilities, and is suitable for various control scenarios. It has the advantages of large rated flow coefficient, large adjustable ratio, excellent sealing performance, compact structure, small volume, and can be installed vertically or horizontally.
The valve core and valve seat of the fluorine-lined V-type ball valve rotate without clearance. Due to the V-shaped opening of the valve ball, it has strong shearing and self-cleaning capabilities. The fluid channel is V-shaped, with small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, and precise flow characteristics. It can achieve automatic regulation and control of process parameters.
The inner wall of the valve body and the components inside the valve that come into contact with the medium are coated with a layer of corrosion-resistant materials such as perfluoroethylenepropylene (F46) and soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) by high-temperature molding and fluoroplastic lining process, completely cutting off the contact between corrosive media and the metal valve body shell and metal valve core, and preventing the metal parts from being corroded and damaged.
